Please use an NDA before releasing sensitive information to any 3rd party.

We have two types of NDA:

1. Mutual NDA - both parties agree to not disclose confidential information that either party may have access to during the relationship
2. Standard NDA - a 3rd party agrees to not disclose our confidential information that they may have access to

The standard NDA should be used in most cases, unless there will be confidential information available and shared to and by both parties.
