Fly to Prince George (Air Canada, Westjet, Pacific Coastal, or Central Mountain Air)
Monday flights into Fort Ware are bright and early so normally you would taxi to Ramada PG on the Sunday evening and fly out first thing the next morning. There is a shuttle option with the airport or they can have a rental car if they land early enough and need to buy groceries or pick something up before going to Kwadacha. There isn't a significant $ difference with the taxi vs rental car.
Made it to PG? Now you have to fly to Fort Ware.
You can also make the 8-hour drive to Fort Ware via the logging road from Mackenzie. In this case you would book accommodation in Mackenzie instead of PG to cut down the driving time (try Royal Oak Inn and Suites). A radio is required for the drive. This option is NOT permitted in the winter months. We generally try to avoid this option for employees for safety reasons.
Catered Meal services are included in the accommodation price. You must opt in to the food service, as we are unable to use the kitchen facilities. 3 meals per day + snacks and beverages. Any food taken is counted as a meal.
Book flights through the Kwadacha PG Office and ask for Jenna Hourie. She is a star.

If there are issues with flights to Kwadacha, you can also fly to Tsay Keh Dene and drive ~1.5 hours to Fort Ware. It can be tough to arrange a ride between the two Communities but that's the closest you're going to get in some cases!
