Fly from Tofino to Hot Springs Cove
- Tofino Air at 250-725-4454 (they're great, normally Jay helps with bookings)
- In the past Jay picked up a package from the Canada Post in town to make sure it got on the plane going to Hot Springs Cove.
- Flight is about 1 hour and is weather dependent
- Once you land in Hot Springs Cove, someone will need to pick you up from the wharf.
- Try Tristan Galligos (250-670-1131 or [email protected]). He is Cecil Sabbas' grandson and he helped drive the team around/make appointments previously for $30/day.
- There is a community truck and Cecil has a truck too but it's difficult to rent and guarantee access to them for the full duration of a trip.
- No grocery store, it is normally flown in from the co-op grocery store in Tofino. Each home brings in their own groceries by boat or plane, mostly by boat.
- There's no set schedule for the boat, residents just listen out for it.
