What are we covered for?

Generally a client will request a Certificate of Insurance (COI) prior to starting work. Sometimes they need a basic COI simply as proof of coverage and sometimes they request to be listed as "Additional Insured". Email Dave at HUB with any specific insurance requests along with the client's Company Name & Address and HUB will adjust the COI as required for the client. If it's urgent call Dave directly, otherwise it shouldn't take HUB more than a few hours to send you the COI.

What is the claims process?

In the event of an incident, make sure everyone is okay, seek medical attention as needed and then call the Office immediately!

1. Call the office to report an incident. You will be required to complete and sign the following Incident Report Form and return to the Office.

Certificate of Insurance (COI)

1. The project manager will request a COI from our insurance broker. To request a COI, you need the following details:
   1. Client's insurance requirements (i.e. minimum $5 million coverage in Commercial General Liability) - these requirements can be forwarded to the insurance broker
   2. Client's legal entity name and address
